Senior Officer Organization Development (SOD)
Responsibilities:
* Report to: HROE Manager
* Job Purpose & Responsibilities:
* Performance Management
o By developing Goals Setting, Performance Appraisal, Reward & Compensation System.
* Career Planning & Development
o By helping people choose organizations and carreer paths & attain career objectives
o By recommending program for people development
Requirements:
* Minimum S1 in Human Resources or Psychology (SDM) or MM/MBA - Concentration in Human Resources
* Good and depth knowledge on Organization Development (OD): Performance management, reward system, talent management, succession planning and people development, Balanced Scorecard
* More than 3 years experience in same or equivalent level in OD.
* Good in communication & leadership
* Have positive attitude & a passion in meet and develop people & group
* Warm & be patient
* Willing to travel
* Excellent in English is a must
