Employee Engagement and Management Trainee Program Manager
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the execution of the AXA Indonesia management trainee program
* Responsible for organizing AXA Indonesia's Employee Engagement events
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in HR Development with extensive experience in organizing company events.
* Sound understanding of employee engagement programs.
* Sound understanding of recruitment and career management activities and programs.
* Able to lead a team of people from various departments within the company for the organization events.
* Able to organize several events simultaneously.
* Able to work under pressure.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Pusat.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
