WAREHOUSE PERSONNEL
Business Unit: Distribution
Reports to: Distribution Service Center (DSC) Operations Manager
Primary Job Responsibility:
Receipt and despatch of equipment, stock control of DSC inventory, and maximizing Customer satisfaction in the areas serviced by the DSC.
List of duties:
*
Receiving and dispatch of Inventory.
*
Storing & Packing of Inventory.
*
Liaison with freight forwarders both incoming / outgoing.
*
Local deliveries to customers in a professional manor.
*
Stock control including daily cycle counting reconciliation.
*
Ensuring Inventory is kept in a neat and orderly fashion.
*
Ensuring stores area is kept in a clean and presentable condition at all times.
*
Working closely with sales personnel, assisting when required.
*
Liaison with all personal to insure all inventory is accountable at all times.
*
Responsibility to comply with QA, and HSE goals of NOV and customers.

Location: Offshore location Sumatra and Jakarta
Licences/Competencies/Training/ Skills required:
*
Minimum College Degree (D3) with experience in same area for more than 2 years
*
Having experience of working with oil companies
*
Broad knowledge of products and services being used by Oil Company
*
Able to work with Microsoft (excel, words, outlook) knowledge of SAP procedures is a plus
*
Customer service-driven, good communication skills
