Manager, Major Broker Division
Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for leading a team in the development and delivery of strategies to grow the business profitably in order to meet premium income and profitability targets. You will also be required to build and effectively manage relationship with the major brokers and to ensure that set service standards are implemented.
Requirements:
* The successful applicants is expected to have:
o Degree and/or AAAIK/ANZIIF (Senior Associate/Associate)
o At least 10 years industry experience with some management exposure
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
o Leadership abilities and strong business acumen
o A proven track record of successfully meeting agreed targets
