Senior Engineer
Major Responsibilities

Lead and manage new product introduction projects for DSO packages
*
Project feasibility assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting
*
Lead cross-functional team for smooth project implementation
Requirements
*
Experience in IC packaging processes
*
Knowledge in IC package qualification and reliability assessment
*
Knowledge FMEA, DOE, SPC, Microsoft Project
*
A Team player who enjoy working with different people
*
Able to travel in short notice
*
Good command of English
*
Based in Batam
*
Good presentation skill
*
Bachelor in Electronics/ Electrics Engineering, Material Engineering
