Competency Development Specialist
(Apprentice, Knowledge Management, and BPMIGAS Approval)
Basic Purpose :
* To support the HRD function in the strategic planning and implementation of ConocoPhillips Indonesia’s Business and Craft Apprentice program and facilitate BPMIGAS Approvals to support true business and operation needs.
* To support the HRD function in the strategic planning, coordinating, and gaining approvals on development program to both support business needs, and foster good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualification & Experience :
* University Degree
* Bachelor/ S1 in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, General Management, General Business Management, or Arts (Psychology) degree.
* A Master degree will be an advantage
* Working Experience:
* Minimum 3 years working experience in the HR Training and Development or any HR function.
* Minimum 2 years working experience in multinational company.
* Exposure to the Oil and Gas industry / Energy Industry (desirable).
* Good command of English language (spoken & written)
* Has an excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
* Ability to resolve conflicts and determine true business needs.
* Superior interpersonal skills, able to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and flexibility in consulting and communicating with diverse groups at all levels of the organization, including line management, vendors, employees, etc.
* Experience in managing short and long-range projects and demonstrate the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines while remaining flexible and professional.
* Analytical skills sufficient to identify issues, recommend courses of action, implement action plans and evaluate results in a quantifying method.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills sufficient to explain program policies, procedures, and services to employees.
