FACTORY MANAGER
Qualifications :
* Male, minimum 40 years old.
* S1 Graduate in Engineering with over 10 years working experience as Plant / Factory manager in an ISO certified or reputable factory, preferably in the metal industry.
* Excellent knowledge in production management, PPIC, process control and labour management.
* Possess strong leadership skills, organized, systematic and a team player.
* Self motivated, smart worker with strong analytical and generic problem solving skills.
* Knowledge of Six Sigma methods and techniques, process control systems, process capacity and preventative action preferred.
* Reliable to make good, responsible and accountable decisions.
* Communicates effectively with ability to supervise, manage, coordinate, influence and collaborate with others.
* Handles work pressure well and accomplishes results set by higher management.
* Honest, discipline and positive towards people and work, with a willingness to lead staff in improving their depth and breadth of expertise and knowledge.
* Computer literate (Email, MS Office).
* Factory located in Cikupa, Tangerang.
