Partner Technology Specialist
Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree GPA min 3.00 with IT background is preferred.
* Previous IT related experience or related industry.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels within an organization.
* Strong Decision making skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems and awareness of the escalation process.
* Basic understanding of IT products and IT's role within the localmarket.
* Ability to work as part of a team in multinational company.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral in order to present campaign information effectifely and persusively.
Responsibilities:
* Help to solve and escalate technical issue occurred on customer.
* Make presentation regarding all new products to partner.
* Helping partner to provide technical material for partner events.
* Give hands-on technical training for partners about requested subjects.
* Helping Sales Team to provide technical material and readiness about certain issue occurred.
* Provide necessary assistance to other department in terms of technical readiness, product updates and/or technical demonstration.
